Canada Gun Laws

Are many and varied, we will have more on this section soon. Generally, you need to have one of several different classes of a gun license in order to own, purchase, or sell guns. Older gun owners may be grandfathered in and able to own guns, but not to buy or sell them. Once you get your PAL you are able to buy and sell non-restricted class guns. IF you get your RPAL you are able to buy restricted class firearms. Dealers can get a special licence to sell guns retail or wholesale. *Note: see disclaimer
